C6 Group is led by partners who have spent their careers building organizations, managing complex programs, and solving real-world operational challenges — not developing theory from the sidelines.

Tyler Cooperider

Managing Partner

Tyler brings nearly 20 years of operations and program management leadership within highly regulated, mission-critical environments supporting national security missions. He has led operations, logistics, and readiness for large-scale technical training facilities, overseeing multimillion-dollar annual operating budgets within program portfolios several times that size.

Earlier in his career, Tyler managed multimillion-dollar program budgets and led cross-functional teams supporting international nuclear nonproliferation and security initiatives. His experience spans operational strategy, financial oversight, risk and compliance management, and organizational change leadership in environments where execution isn't optional.

Christine Cooperider

Managing Partner

Christine brings a strong foundation in executive support, business operations, and organizational efficiency. She has provided high-level executive support to senior leadership, managing complex schedules and logistics, auditing time and expense reporting for accuracy and compliance, and maintaining internal policies and procedures.

Her background also includes proposal writing and editing in support of business development, along with prior experience in early childhood education and clinical operations as a Licensed Practical Nurse. That range gives Christine a practical, detail-oriented approach to keeping C6's operations organized, compliant, and client-ready.
